Debra Rose is the president of Integrated Coaching Solutions, a company specializing in Leadership Development and Coaching.

Debra’s experience spans over 30 years in five industries where she held positions from Manager to Director in both operations, human resources, and organizational development. Debra is a certified trainer and instructional designer. The diversity of her leadership experience in Hospitality, Tourism, Transportation, Retail, and Retirement living has allowed her to serve clients with “real life” expertise.

Since the inception of her company in 2006 she has coached Executive teams, vice presidents, directors, managers, and departmental teams/employee groups with great success and ongoing partnerships.
Her passion lies in her strong belief in the strengths and talents of individuals and in maximizing those talents organizations can create an inclusive, respectful, learning environment. This culture creation allows organizations to maximize the strengths of each team member and succeed in strengthening the overall organization. Debra’s strong ability to assess people allows her to custom her approach to the strengths of the individual which leads to the fulfillment of pre-set goals and objectives.

Each program/coaching assignment is custom designed to meet the needs of individuals and the company she serves. Her ongoing support of participants after the program has ended serves as an added benefit which her clients value.
