On the first and third Saturday of each month the computer volunteers will lead informal computer discussion with the Adult 55+ members.
Here is the itinerary:
9-10 am - Intermediate Computer Group discuses interesting topics with regards to phones, tablets or computers, including Android, Apple or Windows O/S.
10 am - "Information Session" for the City of Richmond Hill Adult 55+ members. This may include a short presentation on a relevant technology topic or just be an open discussion on a current topic of interest. A Q&A session follows which provides attendees with the opportunity to share computer experiences, and discuss interests, problems, issues, concerns and solutions in communication technologies.
11 am - "Assistance Session" - Adult 55+ members have the opportunity to receive technical assistance on computer, cell phone or tablet related issues.
Following the discussion, general computer assistance will be available with the computer volunteers for $2.50 per visit.
To participate in the above activities, you must have a valid Adults 55+ Membership.
