Meetings will be held in a hybrid format, with participants joining in-person in Council Chambers at 225 East Beaver Creek Rd., and electronically by telephone or video conference.
Meetings are live-streamed and can be watched on the City of Richmond Hill’s YouTube channel.

For each meeting there will be posted:

- Meeting minutes, subject to Council approval

Committee of the Whole meetings are usually held on the first and third Wednesday's of the month starting at 10 am.
Council Meetings are usually held on the second and fourth Wednesday's of the month starting at 10 am.
