For one month only this October there will be a 4-week series designed to teach the basics of meditation and stress reduction.
Each week, qualified Buddhist meditation Teacher, Rose Hirano, will guide you through meditations, describing techniques for developing and maintaining a peaceful, happy mind in daily life.
This week's topic: Meaningful Meditations. Final ancient Buddhist wisdom meditations on how to recognize when something is wrong and what it is, and how to fix the problem using the rich techniques shared in this course – life-changing perspectives for everyone.
