Grand Opening of a Little Free Library at the Richmond Hill Board of Trade

Event Date:
Wednesday, November 14, 2018 - 2:00pm

These tiny book exchanges can be found around the world. They are inspired by the non-profit organization Little Free Library to promote a love of reading, build community and spark creativity by fostering neighbourhood book exchanges.
Through Little Free Libraries, millions of books are exchanged each year, increasing access to books for readers of all ages and backgrounds.

The Board of Trade’s Little Free Library has been custom-designed to echo the look of the Town’s heritage Vanderburgh House. It will be located in the park in front of the Board of Trade and will welcome everyone to “take a book now, leave a book later.”

Parking is available on Church just east of the Board of Trade.
