The connection between cosmic energy (prana) and your breath

Yogic breathing

  • Engaging the abdomen while breathing

Meditation: Focus: Breath

  • Watching the breath
  • Your meditation seat
  • The best time for meditation

Session 3-  October 4, 2018: Balancing The Energy Flow

The Sun and Moon energy channels in the right and left nostrils

Alternate nostril breathing

  • Hand posture and benefits

Meditation: Focus: Mind

  • Learning how to harness the thoughts
  • Use of affirmations

Session 4 October 11, 2018: Aligning Body, Breath And Mind

Putting it all together: yogic breathing and alternate nostril breathing

Meditation–Focus: Body, Breath & Mind

  • I am the silent observer
