211 is free, confidential and available 24/7/365 in 150+ languages (phone, text, chat, email and online)

All inquiries are answered by trained and certified Service Navigators.

Needs assessments are conducted as part of the information and referral process.

Referrals are provided based upon the assessment.

Inquiries are tracked and recorded for purposes of quality assurance and reporting purposes.

The Findhelp/211 Central serves Toronto, Peel, York and Durham Regions.

The community information is data that they maintain and share widely with municipalities, regions and partners

The organization does offer outreach and training on 211 services, Information and Referral and The Human Service Sector as well as specially developed training sessions for the needs of their partners and agencies in the social service sector.
