An event meant to foster community between strangers.
LifeSchoolHouse is a grassroots movement of barter-based folkschools where neighbors come together to share skills, build relationships, and strengthen their communities.
Their workshops are led by community members and run on a gift economy, meaning no money is exchanged—just skills, knowledge, and kindness.
At LifeSchoolHouse, you can take part in three ways:
- Host a gathering in your home or community space.
- Teach a skill you love.
- Join as a participant and learn something new.
This is learning the way it was meant to be—accessible, welcoming, and deeply connected.
This club will host a class/workshop every month on all sorts of different subjects that the club members will be sharing with all of us, or not, you are completely free to just join and learn along side your fellow neighbours.
The learning subjects can be whatever you want, from cooking, gardening, art, repair or you just want to talk about your favourite table top game, anything and everything.
