This is a series of five weekly meditation classes. Attendees will discover practical techniques to let go of negative minds and break free from self-limiting thoughts.

Each class is self-contained, join at any point.

7pm-8:15pm (Doors open @6:30pm)

$15/class or $65 for the full series of five classes
