The Men’s Breakfast is an opportunity to get together. It is not just for the men!
Coffee, tea and conversation will begin at 8:00 am followed by a hot breakfast at 8:30 am.
After breakfast Farah Sameh will share her family’s powerful journey from Afghanistan to Canada—why they had to leave their homeland, the many countries they travelled through, and the challenges and dangers they faced along the way, including travelling through Central America and crossing the jungle.
She will also speak about arriving in Canada, the kindness and support her family received, and their experience of starting a new life and building a safe and hopeful future together.
