Richmond Hill Winter Carnival volunteers will be there not only promote Richmond Hill's annual winter-fun event, but also likely to fill the venue with popcorn aroma and provide a table hockey game for those interested in playing.
Since it is close to the Lunar New Year, attendees can receive free Chinese calligraphy with best wishes from calligraphers at the event.
There will also be information booths from community-based organizations.
